Initiate Your Request
Log into your ListenUp account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
